Pros
Deciding to work for ShootProof was one of the best decisions I've ever made. :) Even after a handful of years of amazing growth, this place is still a startup at heart: tons of employee perks, fun atmosphere, management that remembers to focus on culture and family and work/life balance. Flexible schedules, team outings, amazing holiday parties, catered lunches every week, opportunities for education, and tons more.
I have always felt valued, appreciated, and respected here, even as the company has grown (like crazy!) over the past several years. As an employee, I've found there are plenty of opportunities to mature, to take on leadership roles, and even to create jobs where there haven't been any before. Opinions are listened to, ideas are evaluated honestly and fairly, and the entire crew here just lives and breathes working together to make a positive impact, whether it's with building processes, bringing on new hires, or simply working on the work.
If you're a go-getter, the type of person who wants to be a part of a team and a family, someone who finds problems and presents solutions, and someone who works hard and enjoys growing, changing, evolving, this is absolutely a place at which you will flourish.
Cons
OTP'ers have to deal with traffic to get to the office. Still worth it, though ;)
