The work environment is good, salary will also be decent and incentives are also high if you achieve sales targets and you can easily achieve targets over there. Mostly they focus on sales of products that you are handling not all of the time but they will pressurize you for achieving sales targets.

Cons

The system is worst for the cashiers and for managers because it is a very old system. After some times (around six months after confirmation) on the floor, your managers will pressurize to learn cashier which is not so good for a sales employee. They will tell you to learn cashiering to step up in your assessment. If you go to learn they will keep you for permanently over cash counter. And if you say a no then they will tell you every day, they will beg sometimes and they will tell that you have to do because it is store managers order. They will argue every day and lastly the ask to leave the job and company. I left because of that purpose only.
