No pros, long working hours (10 -12 hours minimum), hire and fire strategy. You don't know on next day you are in the system or not may be it's your last working day. Please don't join, no appraisals,no motivation. Recently fire 2000 employees at one shot .. the process is going from 2 years..now they are looking for less salaried people for higher position, so be aware , don't look the salary , you will lost your mental state , that much amount of work pressure.

Cons

Always abusive language used by their higher managers , always put you in the pressure of inventory, long working hours , no family life. Work from home even on your one weekly off. No planning of weekly off. Leaves ( forget about the leaves ) . Leaves are credited to settle your full and final. They demand money from you for your releiving Letter and experience letter, when you leave the company.
