    Work life balance
    Food and transportation facilities is vary good.
    At the time of working on project need to follow all the standered.
    every year company give gift's.
    End of the year for 10 day's company had shutdown.
    no need to spend 9 hour's daily.

    Cons

    No hike --- Depends on manager.

    Great work life balance.
    As long as you are performing, your manager will back you.

    Work Life Balance, Very Knowledgeable Peers, Great Place to Learn ABC of Corporate Life.

    Cons

    Too much process oriented, Slow Professional Growth, No value of Knowledge of Employees who were hired from outside the organization. Only favorites of management are given all the opportunities. No rewards or recognition to employees for Go out of the way to achieve their Business Numbers / Targets

    Advice to Management

    Stop being partial to the employee, appreciate what's good with the employee. Pay decent hikes to employees. Stop the cubersome process called as Round-table. Take feedback about an employee from the relevant people.
