- Touts a flexible schedule, but it's not true. You must clock in / clock out using a digital timeclock for work shifts and lunch breaks. Boss does not trust employees.

- No consistency in the company policies.
- Extremely toxic and negative work environment. Employee collaboration is essentially frowned upon. Boss just wants people to come in, do their jobs and keep their heads down.
- Lots of micromanaging.
- Boss holds grudges. If you make a mistake, it will be held against you later.
