I have been working at SilverRail Technologies part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Autonomous, direction is set and teams are left to get on with it.

    Cons

Can be a little detached from head office in London and other office in Boston, but every global company has this issue.

    Advice to Management

Keep engaging with the team and showing the direction we're heading. The growth is exciting and we're all looking forward to taking rail in a new direction.

I have been working at SilverRail Technologies part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

SilverRail has positive and supportive atmosphere. Everyone works in a team and wants to be a part of the community. It is a relatively casual work environment and every team member is approachable. There is an emphasis on true work/life balance and a good understanding that there is life beyond the work place.

    Cons

Things can be intense and fast paced. This is not something I consider a con because there is always new challenges, but it might be difficult for others.
