    Pros

    Stability, Security, Reliability, Opportunity, Strong Core Values, and Beliefs, FLEXIBILITY, Culture, and INTEGRITY. Communication is awesome, opportunity after opportunity to better yourself/learn more and management are amazing individuals looking for ways to make employees feel right at home, Also Silverline truly offers a beautiful work/life balance.

    Cons

    None at all! and I know everyone says there are always Cons, but I have none!

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the excellent work with continuing to find ways to make the employees happy in all ways. I have learned so much at Silverline and continue learning through the various/endless opportunities offered to me. Thank you!

    I can honestly say that I see no cons here. I'm impressed and excited.

    Advice to Management

    As the company grows - specifically the Client Services team - continue to encourage personal interactions with members of other teams. The "Coffee Chat" add-on in Slack has been a great way for me to meet peers that I otherwise probably wouldn't interact with frequently.

    Growing pains, finding right fits in roles, etc. No company is perfect, but this is by far the best company i've worked for. When there are concerns, leadership is quick to listen , validate, and do what they can to make it an awesome place.

    Pros

    - Real investment in hiring the talent and skills that matter - Leadership in technology - Great relationship with Salesforce - Really good benefits program, and they keep investing more into it - Great teamwork, everyone believes in winning and helping each other

    Cons

    Not many! We're growing so quickly it can make your head spin at times. - You have to be patient with internal processes as they mature - Breaking new ground sometimes means you have to create your own approach - Most people are now remote so you need to lean on video to get things done These aren't even cons, just realistic warnings.

    Advice to Management

    Hire faster, because we're going to sell out the store!

    Pros

    Salary was above expectations and benefits were solid. Unlimited PTO policy is awesome (though extensive time off will count against utilization and could impact bonus). Remote lifestyle is Awesome and employees stay engaged with each other through Slack.

    Cons

    No stock options or opportunity for ownership.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doubling down on what we know: SFDC, FinServ, Healthcare. The Salesforce space is too large to try to succeed at everything.

    I have been working at Silverline full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

    I have never felt more supported than at Silverline to succeed in my job. Management is both accessible and open to feedback. I love the bi-weekly office hours where our CEO gives updates and answers questions. The perks are awesome and Silverline also takes the entire company away on an annual retreat, which is so cool!

    Cons

    As the company grows and initiatives need to change and scale there have been some growing pains. I personally have felt the communication around each change was handled well and I've been able to provide feedback via surveys and to my manager.

    Advice to Management

    Keep being open, transparent and focusing on our core values.

    Pros

    Culture is not only collaborative but supportive all the day way to the top! Working remote culture is NOT working on an island. Folks know how to work remote and in a consultative organization that takes personal drive, communication, and collaboration. Excellent documented processes and frameworks to draw from.

    Cons

    As with many growing companies, hard working existing associates are really stretched. Lot's of hiring and onboarding continues but the demand at this moment is at a very large peak/appetite.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing! Clients don't want associates to "take a break" but continue to encourage time off when needed. It makes for more productive teams.

    You have to be willing to work hard. Perks for NY office better than for remote workers.
