      Pros

      Nice view of office and that it is very close to good restaurants

      Cons

      The owner is very rude and is always looking over the shoulder of all the sales. Don't waste your time with this company. It's too small and can't meet or fulfill sales orders on a timely manner with clients. Do not commit sales suicide and frustrate your customers, they will forget about him but will always remember that you did not deliver the goods.

      thank you for your comments about our company. Yes we have nice views in our office and good restaurants nearby. We have been in business since 1991 and have been consistently delivering food and groceries to our customers throughout North America for over 28 years. We value our customers and do our utmost to satisfy their needs. would not have been in business for this long otherwise. We are a small family run business. We enjoy our small boutique operation it gives us better flexibility and enables us to react quickly to changing customer and market needs.

      This was interesting type of work.

      The CEO is a terrible boss. He does not know how to manage people and it is amazing that he can still get people to work for him.

      We are glad to hear you found the work interesting. It is unfortunate you did not approve of the CEOs management style. We have had many employees at Simco for well over a decade. We are a small family run business with close to 30 years of history bend us. We value our employees as they are our biggest asset. It is unfortunate you did not discuss this matter with your supervisor or the CEO directly.
