Pros

Remote work, so no travel expenses.

Cons

1. Toxic workspace 2. Micromanagers 3. Uneven payment processing 4. You won't be able to work in the title you have joined or the skills you are competent in. 5. The CEO shouts at everybody openly in the meetings. 6. There are frauds who are at the top management who claim to be from premier institutes but you can't find them on LinkedIn. :D P.S. Already many public litigations, legal notices and forgery cases are going on against the company.

Cons

~ Leadership is very shortsighted, lacks process and vision and focuses on fabricating profits for investors. ~HR processes are exploitative, and salaries are withheld for months for no reason. On average, salaries are paid late by 3-4 weeks. ~ Randomly, salaries are deducted by 15% and random people are fired to showcase profitability to investors. ~ Clients are not prioritised and are misled by being given dishonest reasons for underperformance. What they are told before the sale and after the sale is entirely different. ~ Senior management is abusive and clueless; it is regular to hear expletives from the CEO on calls, and hence, people are scared to share ideas. ~ They do not offer any paid holidays, and this fact is revealed once you join the organisation.
