    Pros

There are honestly no pros with working for Sitel unless this is your first work at home job. NEWBIES GO........PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE RUN!!!

    Cons

This is the most unorganized, disrespectful, ignorant, stupid stupid coaches on staff place for anyone to want to work. These people hire anybody!!! THE COACHES FOR SITEL ARE IDIOTS!!!! The pay is absolute garbage.......a 10 year old's allowance.

I worked at Sitel full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

if you are looking for overtime good place for short term

    Cons

this is not a company you want to work at long term......any company who has their coaches begging for employees to come on here and put something positive about the company to offset the bad reviews should send up a red flag. Have read the reviews and all the bad reviews are very true of this company in general. I do have to question the few good reviews as to their truthfulness. If you need to work take job but get out ASAP. There is no floor support. Raise your hand and there is no one on the floor. This company sets you up for failure. Beware!!!!! Pay is not that good. Insurance is really bad. Unrealistic expectations. One week you are working overtime and the next they are forcing you to take mandatory time off because the company can't get the floor support numbers correct. there it no stability here. Always walking in wondering if you will still have a job at the end of your shift. Everyone i know there is looking for a way out.

I have been working at Sitel for less than a year

    Pros

Some nice people to work with

    Cons

Parking big problem Wages near bare minimum so if you have to pay to park means working for less than minimum wage. Training very basic and never covered common eventualities. No motivation from team managers or coaches, if your not of a certain demagraphic! Only feedback you receive from managers is you need to improve... No praise on positive reviews leave most days feeling deflated and undervalued. It's odvious that all have favourites in fact I think some of the managers turn blind eyes to what does go on.

I have been working at Sitel full-time for more than a year

    Pros

For the most part coaches and OM are flexible with what you can and cant work. Pay has recently been increased. Most of the people are great.

    Cons

If you miss 8 days, they fire you. Doctors notes don't excuse your absence, it still counts towards your 8 days. You have to go 4-5 weeks with perfect attendance for 1 absence to go away. There is a lot of favoritism here, most coaches will deny it but it is obvious. You can work your butt off and not get recognized by anyone (maybe this is different depending on the campaign you are in). Can be very emotionally draining and stressful.

I have been working at Sitel full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

HMO is one of the best asset of Sitel. Great benefits as well as the kind of training that is provided to the new hires to better equip them for their jobs. Career growth is at hand.

    Cons

Coaches are overworked and underpaid compared to other companies that offer the same position. Rewards and recognition, most especially to tenure employees are not consistent. Pay is lower in a certain region compared to another well in fact everyone have the same kind of job.

    Pros

Nothing, worst place in the world

    Cons

Where do I begin, this company lied out the back, informed the hiring manager that I would be gone a few days a friends bachelor weekend Nd he said I’ll put it in you application and it should be fine, November comes around it’s. Problem. Informed my coach I’ll be in class from 10 till 330 Nd needed my time changed, everything was changed other then my Monday which had me coming in at 3, I occurred 5 occurances because of there mistake, coach’s are shady, they lie Nd could care less about the employees, you get an compliance or technical for mot getting the second part of the zip code, this place is the worst place Iv ever worked for, another this is when asking a coach a question the look at you like you an idiot, some coaches are great but others who love to use bullying tactics and force you to quit, the agents that actually wanna help the members are let go while the ones who do the bare minimum are kept, if ur looking for a job that actually cares stay far away from this place.
