      Pros

Fun place to work, laid back environment, free park admission and tickets. Excellent work experience if you would like to get your feet wet in the word of Human Resources. Great teamwork when it is busy, fun employee celebrations.

      Cons

I only leave candid reviews so you will not be disappointed and know what you are getting into. Very low pay for job responsibilities + Part time only. You will have to buy your own uniform shirts. This is also not a typical HR position, you will work different schedules, including late nights( you stay as long as the park is open) and holidays. No career growth, as all the positions with benefits and perks are held by people who will likely never leave. Some of the leadership and support staff had a bit of a condescending attitude. Many staff members were hesitant to think outside of the box and leave their comfort bubble. I guess if I worked somewhere for 10+ years I would rest on my laurels too. Some leaders would not enforce policies consistently, i.e. attendance and uniform standards, leaving HR to clean up their messes. I worked with an HR Admin who complained about helping another employee enrolling in benefits. Guess what? HR is not for you. HR is to support, assist and facilitate your fellow employees for success and growth.
