I have been working at Sky full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very relaxed, and comfortable place to work. You can be yourself and no need to put on a facede. Depending on the department you work in, it's generally not much formal. The Osterley site is a bit more relaxed than the Victoria site. Nevertheless, it's a great place to work.
The team is great, since you would normally see them everyday, you really do bond and become a family. Besides it's Mon to Fri (9-5) so great hours.

    Cons

Travelling can be a bit tedious, especially for the Osterley site. If you don't live closely.

I have been working at Sky full-time

    Pros

    Great Benefits
    Amazing people
There is always someone going on at Sky which allows you to feel that it’s more than just a work place.

    Cons

Pay is lower than most competitors. Although they counter that with the great benefits.

I have been working at Sky full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Free sky package, care packs, Christmas presents, great overtime pay, working hours, being outdoors.
This is a great job and those that winge about it really don’t know they’re born or have any business being with Sky. They need to go and work for some other big companies in other industries and they’ll soon realise how lucky they are to gain employment with a company like this. If you do what is expected of you, which isn’t hard! they will look after you.

    Cons

Waterproof jackets and trousers need to be better for the epic downpours. We shouldn’t work in the dark near mid winter when the sun goes down super early.

    Advice to Management

Don’t let the babies in the team drag everyone else down, nip it in the bud. If you’re a decent manager your team probably respect you so crack on. If you’re not a decent manager they probably really dislike you so adjust accordingly. Your team are a mirror image of your management skills!

I have been working at Sky full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've worked for corporates for most of my career and the Osterley campus is how it should be done. People are welcoming helpful and professional.

    Cons

Can't think of any but I've only been there 2 weeks!

    Advice to Management

Again, I'm very new but my advice thus far is to keep doing what you're doing.

I worked at Sky full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I loved working at Sky, the culture was amazing as well as the work-life balance. Not only that but the product was pretty special with a massive reach and amazing brand such as Sky Q, Now TV and On demand

    Cons

Location was a bit difficult to get to but the Sky Campus is pretty special

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what your doing

I have been working at Sky full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Benefits are good such as free Sky Q, full TV package and good deals on Mobile and Broadband. It's a big company and there are lots of internal job opportunities if you want them.

    Cons

It's a big company, how you view it may depend on the team you go into/the manager you have. I've had both good and bad managers that swayed how I felt about the company at the time.

    Advice to Management

Being efficient with people is not efficient. Make the pension scheme better.

    Risky business model
