      Good for the end of a career

      Pros

      Pretty good benefits/PTO, annual internal conferences (somewhat pointless but a nice break), generally hands-off management day to day, often interesting and rewarding work/clients.

      Cons

      Almost no possibility of promotions, young people will feel very out of place and coworkers will point it out, archaic CRM that they refuse to change, poor salary. Leadership has been there a long time, perhaps too long to realize their systems aren't actually user friendly or effective. Not everyone on leadership is consistent about how client work should be done, which leads to huge frustrations for statewide teams.

      Pay, but the system controls that so nothing to be done.
