There is no pros apart from salary hike but be ready to get fired at any time without any reason. If you check all 5 star rating comes after many less rating as company asked to its employees to give good rating. Zero percent retention as noone want to stay here.
Cons
No process at all. Managers are under skilled they only know about the product.
