Everyday i got new challenges here which are helping me to learn new thing . To bond with other team member and its also teach me the best practices of a team work.

As of now nothing is bad in the organization. People help each other whenever the team member requires support.

It may be difficult to believe when everybody tells you that their companies have open culture, but you'll find it's true at smartprix; it's more open than any other place I've worked at. You can ask any questions directly to founders. You know how your work impacts user interaction with shopping. There is no bs in work place, just work and paaaarties.

Cons

Since smartprix is fast-paced company, lot of custom infrastructure and tools which works great, it makes your job really great, but on the other hand, you may find yourself uncomfortable in adjusting to fast-paced work environment as you're asked to work on core things since starting.

Pros

Completed nearly 6 months. Learned a lot of things in a short period of time. Got full responsibility for android project. Everyone sits together, work together, play and have fun together. Not too much show off by company, great to work at if like to learn and grow in career. Seniors are very helpful in all respects.

Cons

Some issues take time to resolve, which could be more fast paced.

All the pros of a startup typ of cmpny...more learning...more responsibility..ownershil of work..and etc etc..no special pros

The company's vision is not clear..or may be it is not conveyed from the top level management to the bottom level employees..i was a software developer and had no idea as to when the things that i made were gonna get integrated wid the prebuilt systems.. company looks out for cheaper developers and not ready to pay the salary you deserve..

one can get good environment... good working partners...good facilities, if one is thinking to start from something it is quite good option to get in to thslis company

not helpul in devlopment ....improvemnt is less no holidays.....late working ...hard compilation or strees on work which is to be done indeadline, inadequate salary

- Management is totally selfish and only want to use and throw you. - Company doesn't have a vision to grow rather they prefer saying good bye to employees at time of appraisals.
