A lot of Supervisors in an Area Benefits start on first day Cafeteria on site

No Training Everything is up 4 flights of stairs Employees roam around a lot Turnover rate is high for Supervisors and workers No support from HR, they pick and choose how they handle disciplinary issues. Bathrooms are horrible, they have one clean one but only Superintendents and above have access to get in that area.

I learned a lot while at Smithfield and traveling to the plants helped me understand just how important my job was.

Traveling got old after a while, but I enjoyed meeting everyone at the plants and made great relationships.
