I worked at Snap Fitness full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The brand name is the only pros

    Cons

Working with the CEO is the worst thing one can happen to anyone. He is good at talking and cheating people. He involves people with his problems and doesn't hesitate to take you to jail with him for all his wrong doings.

I worked at Snap Fitness full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I loved working under Mr Rajesh who is a gem of a person and was really disappointed when he step down his position at left the company.

    Cons

In the absence of Mr. Rajesh there is no proper leadership. HR there is just a dummy who does not have any authority. I have worked there for 11 months and in that time I have seen almost 3-4 ex employees coming and creating ruckus to get there final settlement. And when I left this company I realized, that is the only way to claim your last salary or else you will not be getting it. Its not just me but 3 more employees resigned in the month of february and march 2020 no one have got their final settlement. When i asked HR he directly refused stating that Dr. Vikram refused to pay as you have not worked during lockdown. During lockdown as an employee he never felt asking his employees how the hell they are surviving without any salary even though he himself was making good money selling masks and ICU monitors. Long story short not a great place to work. Its kinda jail specially when they have shifted their office from BDA complex to near HSR Club.

I worked at Snap Fitness full-time

    Pros

No Work Pressure (Because there is no Process or Result Orientation)

    Cons

    1. Legal Cases - The CEO - Dr. Vikram is a perennial Liar and an Unethical Character. There is numerous legal cases pending against him in various courts and it is a common sight to see the Police making a few visits now and then to the office. Be very careful not to get involved, as he has the tendency to get employees involved in the legal quagmire without their knowledge. 2. Non-Payment of Dues to Vendors - You would have to listen to the verbal abuse of the vendors due to non payment of dues on time . The Company doesn't make payments on time thereby putting the employees in an awkward and embarrassing situations. Additionally many times, you would have to spend from your pocket with promises of reimbursement but never obliged! 3. Delay in Salary Payment - Salary is on 5th of the month and it is never credited on time! When we ask for the delay in Salary Payment - The CEO comes up with frivolous reasons and asks to concentrate on the work only! 4. Unsafe Environment for Female Employees 4. Incompetent CEO - The Organization is run on the whims and fancies of the CEO - Dr. Vikram who with no managerial ability and questionable ethics. Be extremely vary of him! He is well known to indulge in cheap tactics and 'bad-mouthing' employees behind their backs in front of franchisee owners. Working with him is a horrifying and stressful experience and can be detrimental for your future career! Please search the internet on him and one word sums him up - FRAUD!
