There are many pros of working at Snapdeal 1. A lot of new things to learn as a fresher, people are very supportive and everyone is very approachable. 2. The peers and the seniors are mostly from Tier 1 institute and it gives a very good opportunity to learn while working with them. 3. The tech stack is very much latest and very diverse, so gives a great opportunity to learn.

Lots of learning opportunities- one can own one's category/projects and lead them independently. Speed matters- so if you are not up for changes, it is not a good fit for you. A very clean company culture. Less office politics as compared to other places.

Loopholes in the systems, so sellers can take unfair advantages. Focus on profitability rather than growth.
