      A lot of potential in the coming years. Strong commission structure. Good office locations. Fun working environment.

      Cons

      Structure for more senior consultants and roadmap for future promotion - to be expected for a business of this size but it is getting better with more time and resource being put into this side of the business.

      Great commission and opportunities for progression. Flexible working and WFH days. Excellent office locations.

      Cons

      Few bits here and there, but no company is perfect. We've got a slight over-reliance on KPI's as the company has grown, but management is always looking to figure out best ways to manage staff.
