    good environment. Learn new things to get upgrade the knowledge , Good co-operation from Mangemnet side

    Low salaries and there is no variation weather u have less exp or more exp your seniors. Be strict your perks while in interviews

    Great Company, good peers and nice environment along with salary matching industry standards.

    Cons

    Nothing to complain about. the only thing is that there is not a vertical growth opportunity for everyone. Some small perks have been withdrawn.

    I worked at Sodexo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Working at different Site was good experience. Hygiene environment as they have tie ups with the MNCs. Lots of Lots of Learning and challenges. Salary gets on time.

    Cons

    Managers doesn't care properly about their employees , they put lots of Burden over on HR person. Politics is only the Survival. Very Less support. No proper work timing. No support for Contractual workers. And Less Salary package.

    1.A diverse work environment with each and every site being unique. 2.Every day at Sodexo could be welcomed with unpredictable challenges. 3.Depending on the skills and efficiency the management always considers giving higher responsibilities. 4.An organization that actually works towards nurturing growth. 5.Terryfic job security.

    1.Processes and procedures create friction to work instead of lubrication. 2.Very low man power input. 3.Every effort would be made towards motivating employees by not with respect revising pay and increments. 4.Employee attrition and low manpower input create exhaustion among staff.
