    Convenient for college students and textbook compensation is helpful. Free employee meals are also nice.

    Cons

    Only free meals at buffets, no discounts offered at other llocations. High turnover and upper management is very neglectful of lower employees, they don't bother to get to know new employees.

    I have been working at Sodexo USA full-time for more than a year

    I guess the hours. I start around 6-7 am, and leave between 3-5 pm.

    Cons

    Where do I start? When I interviewed, the job description was VERY different that my actual duties. I sit at a desk all day and work on things that have nothing to do with my credentials. Now since COVID, I work in the cafeteria as a lunch lady. The male chef is nowhere to be seen, he gets a ridiculous task of driving the van to deliver meals while I work my butt off making thousands of meals all week. It's the absolute worst management ever. Benefits cost $6000 a year for me and my spouse. Complete lack of communication from uppper management to other managers. ZERO training for computer programs, you are expected to figure it out on your own. I'd rather drive a school bus than keep wasting my master's degree here.
