I constantly felt intimidated, bullied and in fear of the CEO aggressive outbursts. The hypocritical environment has given the nature of the business. He would constantly bad-mouth clients to the office staff. Staff would ‘disappear’ on a weekly basis, even leaving belongings on their desks. Unfortunately, all the negative reviews here are correct. His staff is busied creating accounts to counteract and balance reviews with fake positive ones. I really don’t understand why his clients continue to pay into his fakeness, it’s a joke and meaningless and if they knew exactly what happens in the office they’d be mortified. Two years after leaving I’m still having counseling due to some of the incidents that occurred at Best Companies. The CEO’s name leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.

I am working at Softices since more than 1.5 years and got a chance to learn new technology. I really recommend if you really want good platform and looking to learn and work in latest technology, Softices is a good and best place.
