I had been at Sokrati for 3+ years. I joined here as an Intern and later progressed to multiple roles within the organization. It will be fair to say that Sokrati is one of the best organisations to work at. It has all the right mix that is needed to grow yourself. It has a high-paced working environment and you get to work with leading brands at a very young age. The amount of responsibilities & work is higher as it's an ad agency but with that comes the opportunity to learn and grow. A lot of pros to think of: 1) Work-Life Balance. 2) Salary on time 3) HR takes care of Employee Engagement 4) Flexible work culture and 5 days working 5) Round the Year Appraisal pattern and hence no need to wait for the annual cycle 6) Best opportunity to learn and grow in case you are a fresher 7) Performance-driven philosophy and literally no politics 8) People are young, friendly, out-going and passionate about what they do.
