    Pros

You get a chair and a laptop, if this can be considered as a Pro then that's about it.

    Cons

    1. NON EXISTENT WORK LIFE BALANCE. 2. Have to flatter the boss all the time, if you don't want to work just please your boss somehow and that would be all 3. Hard Work takes a back seat as the gossiping and office politics is always spot on. 4. Will rip you off of your month's salary in the name of useless and forced treats 5. Managers are only interested in girls, sex, drugs, and booze. 6. All the big clients have already left or are in the process of leaving as the employees are unable to bear the work load. 7. The management just keeps over burdening the employees till they break or switch, no wonder why the retention is this poor. 8. No process to address employee's grievances. 9. have to work on the weekends and late nights, which is not accounted for. 10. Favouritism is at its peak, VPs are always in the perusal of new girls and girls are favoured if they give in to the flattery of VPs. 11. Compensation is nothing in comparison to the efforts an employee puts in. 12. If you want to ruin your career then only join this company

    Pros

Good for starting career in Digital Marketing & stay for short time period just till you are learning. Gives you exposure to corporate politics

    Cons

Biased Higher management, Doesn't care for employee's growth, no work life balance, you are expected to work on weekends without anyone considering your efforts. No respect for work. There are only few people who'll be promoted & praised for something which is so small & that you have been doing throughout your tenure. Your great efforts won't count still you will be expected to help them with escalations.

    Advice to Management

At least have a closed portal where employees can reach out to you for any concern or discomfort they are facing. This might help you not lose employees at the same rate as you are losing now.

    Cons

Just a couple of things that I believe could be worked upon: 1) Cab facility to be introduced 2) The lunch quality of the Cafeteria should be made better.

    Advice to Management

The firm is in its peak expansion-stage and making it big in the target market. Hence, it would be ideal to inculcate some degree of Process-Orientation in day-to-day operations and support-functions. Although we aim to keep the start-up culture intact however there's a need for managing Change and realign the practices keeping in mind the rapid pace we are growing with.

I have been working at Sokrati full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Amazing and diverse learning in the presently nascent field of digital marketing in India. Huge responsibilities, which if not taken overwhelmingly, is helpful for gaining individual knowledge.

    Cons

Extreme lack of mamagement structure. No value given to employees. Seemingly friendly work culture where the toxicity comes to form as days pass by. No bridge between Business Development team and the Operations team. Laughable SLAs, deadlines and work pressure to every individual- the work is piled up as long as the person starts to break. Extremely insufficient infrastructure, which is unimaginably cumbersome and getting increasingly so with the huge influx of new joinees. There's no provision of replacement when employees resign- if 2 people leave a certain team, the number of accounts they were handling are distributed by the rest, which explains why the attrition rate is as dismal. The initiatives taken by the HR to improve work-life balance (after unanimously being coaxed by employees to comment on) is ZERO. Instead, the issue is treated with mockery. To make matters worse, the company is getting desperate to retain employees- with brute force methods such as announcing bogus and far fetched incentive schemes but doubling/tripling of notice period effective from the day of announcement. No respite even on Saturdays and Sundays.
