Flat organization structure. Great benefits and fast track promotion model. Company values has been aligned with the practices. HR team is very humble.

Pros
Excellent place to start your career. You can learn the entire basics across the different roles in an engineering company. You will get an opportunity to work with a customer immediately. A very healthy competitive environment. The pay is also good.
Cons
Due to inadequate processes/trainings/goals the career growth becomes restricted after 4 or 5 years, unless you get a chance to travel onsite. But if you get stuck due to high pay then you will never be able to come out of it. Then you will end up as a 10 or 12 year experienced engineer but without adequate product lifecycle or project management knowledge that is expected by other companies.
