      Nothing you can find here. Better not to join.

      Cons

      1. Worked on my own system they don't provide systems. 2. They don't give hikes even after 2years. 3. Daily we need to work more than 12 hours. 4. Even weekends also we need to work. And they even don't give compensation for weekend work or even comp off. 5. No salary on time. 6. They will change all the rules once you join the company which are fully opposite to what they have said before to onboard. 7. They even collected 800 by cash for vaccine. You can imagine the rest. 8. Don't belive HR. 9. Even if you join by seeing above points, only god can help.

      Pros

      Solix is working on cutting edge technologies like big data, data lake, analytics, AI and machine learning. Good place for a fresher to learn. Good salary as per market.

      Pros

      Flexible timings. If you are a Fresher you will have Good Learning. Your Personality Development is assured.. like you will learn how to deal with work place bullies, how to grab the attention for your work constantly when they don't even care what you do. how to give output without having basic and necessary resources.(suppose when you have low RAM issues, when mouse doesn't work properly,etc.) PS:If you become an year old experienced candidate then its equal to 4yrs of experience..so you can work like a PRO according to the company

      Cons

      Lose English fluency , Employee privacy is at stake due to surveillance cameras. No Parking place.
