Good pay, good benefits, work isn't hard labor, and it's union
Cons
Working off shifts, 1/2 of the people here have been here for more than 20 years and are bitter, drama history, management changes rules so certain employees don't get in trouble, if you worked here forever you can get away with not showing up to work and not calling in, but if you're new you get fired for that.
