- Hidden policies(blocking salary for 45 days in notice period as well as not giving reliving letter at the last day. - Fired ratio is too high aka job security is very less - No body is taking responsibilities just blaming each other(Hr said contact HOD and HOD said contact HR) creates deadlock - No increments

I was working with Sooryen since last 3 years. After some time at the time of my Review, they said me that you are on PIP (Performance Improvement Plan), we are giving you 2 months of time to improve your skills. So I asked to HR that is this related to fire me? And they said that this is Performance improvement plan and not People firing plan, don't worry we will not fire you. Though they said me that don't worry, you will not get fired, since that time they started looking for one person (replacement of me). After some period of time they got a call from that person that the he will not join company. So they again said me that don't worry, we will not fire you. But, after some more time, they got a call back from that recruited person, that he will join Sooryen. So immediately they came to me and told me that You are fired. The PIP plan was time period which was actually a period of Notice period for you (though they said me that 2 months is for PIP plan), and you can go within 1 or 2 days, we can not give you more time. I was working very great. Though the question was not related to my work, and I don't care and complaining about that. But, the question is, they were lying, and said me during whole period of time, that they will not fire me. But they fired me immediately without giving me some period of time. Today also, I am working in 10 times better company than Sooryen, that company is CMMI level company, and they are very happy with my work. And now I don't care why they fired me... But they were lying me. That is wrong thing. Another thing is that the person who is manager of the company, believes in Woman power. And she will let the growth of all women who are working there. Even though you are working with Sooryen since very long, and some another woman newly joined the company, you will not get promotion, you will get demotion, and woman who came in, will get promotion. So be aware before Joining this company, choice is yours. And most important thing is that they are liar.
