      Pros

It’s very good balance of working and living. It’s very well structured to make success. Payment is decent.

      Cons

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to go that much up no matter what success you may have, it’s all about “office politics “. There is a deep overlapping in many areas, so instead of a support you may get a “leg”. Most of employees trying not to go to the office if there is no need for.

      Pros

Met some great people & life long friends

      Cons

Managers & owners are flaky. Favoritisms all around the store. The guys get paid more than the girls do. They expect you to do more work than your title for no extra pay. No paid vacations or holidays. Only closed one day out the year.
