I worked at Southern Wine & Spirits of America full-time

    Pros

What a great company to work for. The senior management is very responsive to ideas. I would recommend a Job with SWS to anyone in the Wine and Spirits industry.

    Cons

There are some long days that come with this job. Well worth the long hours as the team you work with is solid.

    Pros

I worked at Southern Wine & Spirits of America full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

A lot of really great people. The benefits are solid, and if you land the right sales territory it can be very lucrative financially. Be prepared to work extremely hard with little or no recognition from management.

    Cons

Long hours and you will be working weekends and nights, no matter what you are told in an interview. You will be challenged to obtain your sales quotas and volume goals with increases. The goals are somewhat attainable if you should decide to buy back placements out of your own commission dollars.
