    Pros

    Great company if you're not in HR

    Cons

    No surprise HR loses yet another employee. Is anyone conducting exit interviews to find out why there is such high turnover? Unfortunately if you work in that department and have an issue with the horrible management, there is no one to go to.

    I have been working at Southwest Gas full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    This is a great place to work. The salary is a bit low, but it is as stable a job as you will come by. Educational assistance if you want to go further.

    Cons

    The salary is a bit low. The work can become monotonous and it doesn't really require engineers. High turnover within the engineering department.
