MD assign task to employees to write positive glassdoor reviews. If not done - Salary is held for months. I rated 1 star, as there was no zero star
Cons
Salary will never come for full. Payment philosophy is to pay lesser than fixed guaranteed income and never resolve payment issues

Except exposure, nothing is good. Well it's not completely a good thing, you are receiving exposure because more than 80% of recruited candidates will leave organisation once they findout the reality about MD and the culture of the organisation. If you decided to stay for more than 6months, you will enjoy the benefits of exposure by ending up doing work of 5 people till midnight on almost everyday. If you think exposure at the beginning of the career is a good thing, then you will also get the chance of learning abusive words about mother in Telugu, which MD uses oftenly.
Cons
.. Timings- 9:30 to till you give daily update to your reporting manager. If you are unlucky to have MD as reporting manager, you have to wait till she is ready to hear you, which usually happens after 11. If she doesn't like the update, you have to redo everything on the same night and give the update again. .. Festival- here the top management are festival haters. You have to work on every festive day and subsequent working Saturday will be holiday. ..Money- every month salary will be released after 10th and every month 25% salary will be on hold till review happens.
