Pros
- Loved working with people with disabilities, they were all very lovely - Shifts were relatively flexible - Pay for overnight shifts was good - Good for something in the interim or if you are wondering if you want to get more into support work. I was a student at the time and the hours worked well for me - Supported a good cause
Cons
- Management seemed a little bit all over the place & unorganised - Went through multiple supervisors throughout my time there which was only around 8 months or so. - Some managers didn't seem qualified for role - Didn't feel very much support from management - Calling in sick made me feel quite guilty as management wouldn't take it well
