Pros
Good products, mostly well built, only one other competitor If you are used to the way Olympus work, there will be little change here, from reporting structure, market approach, procedures and forms, it is similar in many ways
Cons
Hardware market declining for all, head office do not understand how to sell software. 4 MD's in the UK in 7 years, very much hire and fire from head office. 9 staff replaced out of 11/12 in the last 3 years. Limited options if you stay too long and leave as dictation is such a small market. Overly obsessive about Olympus . Career options are limited as the overall market is so small. Pays less than IT and way less than SaaS.
