Pros
As a startup you’ll learn useful skills outside of your role sometimes which, luckily in my case, were things I enjoyed. Endless opportunities for growth in both skills and roles, leadership team is very approachable with questions and concerns. Great team to work with. Snacks and weekly lunch provided on top of great benefits.
Cons
Some clearly-defined processes not always followed between departments. While not often, having to remind others of how/when deployments work when the rules have been set does get annoying sometimes.

Spoonity is a fantastic company that truly values the employee's opinion/perspective. Employees are given the opportunity to make a real impact on the company processes. Flexible work schedule, generous vacation and benefits make it a great place to work!
Cons
Fast-paced nature of work means you need to quickly ramp up/learn new skills.
