      Pros

      1. Salary more than any MNC in India 2. MacBook 3. Free Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (and pantry) 4. Light goes off at 8 in the evening (That is true in Gurgaon Office) 5. Amazing Work Life Balance (That wasn't the same way 6 months before but things have changed) 6. Peers across premier institute across the country (IITs / IIMs) 7. No problem working from home if you finish your work on time 8. Amazing Learning Environment where sometimes CTO takes sessions of learning 9. Great ambitions of catching up with giants like SAP and Oracle

      Cons

Most of the reviews are from last year where conditions used to be hectic with no work life balance and they were true at that time. Things have changed.

      Pros

Salary used to be a pro (not anymore).

      Cons

      1. No work life balance. You are expected to attend calls for most of the day and then do the actual work that are deadline sensitive. So you have to work late nights to complete those tasks. Tasks change every hour of the day. Every new task is URGENT, CRITICAL AND MUST BE DEALT WITH UTMOST PRIORITY. 2. Release cycles are a joke. None of the managers have guts to commit proper timelines which results in doing production deployments/releases almost every weekend. 3. You'll hardly get any work free weekend. Either its a release or some customer escalation or some urgent, critical, priority task that has to be done ASAP because of poor management. 4. Delivery dates are committed to the customers even before getting the actual requirements and figuring out the actual dev effort. Most of the time is spent in requirement clarifications which leaves very less time for product development. 5. You are also expected to do job of other departments like product support and implementation. 6. Your manager will ask you to focus on learning but the culture itself is so toxic that your manager won't allow you time for that. 7. No systematic performance review system. EDAP is a joke. You can't trust your manager with the truth. Annual reviews are very random. Most of the times, it doesnot even happen. Even if they do happen, your manager will just say some random words which wont even make sense. 8. With the amount of time and energy, you are expected to put in, the salary is very low compared to the industry standard. Similar or better salary is offered by companies with good work life balance, perks and better management. Gone are the days when Sprinklr was known for good pay structure. 9. HR will ask you to add good reviews when you have newly joined. Most of the good reviews are given by employees who are less than a year old.

      Poor work life balance

      Pros

Company is growing and hence immense potential for career growth

      Cons

Where do I start!! There are so many cons! 1.No work life balance- Manager sits in Singapore and expects everyone to join a 9 am call where he just gives some gyaan. Then they expect you to be on calls for 8 hours a day and actual work begins after 6pm which goes on till 2am sometimes. 2. Poor culture- Very competitive environment. And this is not in a good way. People work late night and then show off next day in the calls. This behaviour is also appreciated by the manager. 3. In the name of so called BIG projects they make you work for insane hours 4. No perks as everyone is working from home. And whatever perks are available (linkedin learning/ audible subscription/ time for meditation/etc), where is the time to do anything else when you are continuously on calls??

      Work Life Balance

      Pros

Great Company Culture. Fell in Love with the way the Company values it's Employees.

      Cons

No Work-Life balance. Performance is gated on Target/Goal-oriented rather than the type and the amount of effort one invests in the work for the team.

POISONOUS WORKING CULTURE, NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, ZERO LEARNING

Mar 10, 2021 - Program Manager in Gurgaon, Haryana
      Recommend
      CEO Approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Not a single one, there should be some to mention.

      Cons

      1. Disgusting work - you'll do only monotonous work here. No Scope of learning or enhancing or application of your skills. No mentorship, no guidance, no training 2. No work life balance- They treat employees as a slave, labor or machine and you will be occupied all the time even on your day off. 3. Unrealistic deadline which is beyond the reach of achieving by anyone unless a team of 100 are working together, still managers expect from you to deliver it in such unrealistic time duration. 4. Management is only here to create unnecessary pressure with negative motivation. Right from senior directors, product heads to VP all are same. 6. Product managers with less experience and no leadership qualities, low maturity and high attitude are on big posts like directors who don’t have sense to talk, they yell at their subordinates, use inappropriate language, treat them badly and make direct reporters feel useless, worthless and demotivated. 7. Highly Poisonous work culture - please don't join, it will destroy your career. Specially when senior managers don’t know how to treat their employees. 8. Most unstable product with lots of flaws and no scope of improvement at all.
