      Good opportunities to learn. Management Appreciates your hard work.

      Cons

      rapid changes to Road map, keeps every body on tight deadlines. all Saturdays are working. middle management plays internal politics. sometimes deadlines are un-achievable / un-realistic. its generally late night working for most of the team members. more... Please stay away from this company and don't even think about join.

      This place provides you with a family like environment. Great mentors, fun crowd, amazing team bonding, promising projects. Couldn't have asked for a better place to kick-start my career.

      Cons

      There's a perception gap between the managers and workers.

      Pros

      You mostly get to work on your ideas. Since it's a small org, there is transparency and mostly everyone knows what's going on. Scope to grow rapidly as it's a relatively flat structure.

      Cons

      The top management is a poor judge of character, and often cannot tell between people who work hard and people who just talk big and do nothing. A common outcome is that hardworking employees get taken for granted, are overlooked and underappreciated. You may feel that consultants have it better than full time employees, and you're right, they do.
