Pros

Working in sports news. But the work is not recognized because no one is watching.

Cons

Most of the positive reviews written on here are done by the internal HR rep or current employees that are "encouraged" to positively review the company. The majority of the production staff is very unhappy and actively looking for other opportunities. This company has been plagued with poor management and business strategy since it failed as 120Sports. Multiple rounds of layoffs to the production staff, yet the people in charge of the business and programming have remained the same since 120Sports. I would highly discourage working here if you have other employment opportunities. It is a dead end.

Pros

Nice attempt to create something new. Decent salary.

Cons

Started there when they were still 120 Sports. Never seen such a hostile work environment and I've been working in the media for 15 years. Bullying is rampant. Immaturity and degrading women is borderline encouraged. Management puts in place people who have no desire to teach or lead. Mental health issues are a joke to most people I was surrounded by. I saw a producer berate a PA in front of everybody in such a way that they would be fired if it was any other company. Stay away from this toxic environment. Oh, and the program format is terrible. If you're going to be a creator of online content, then change the formula and create something new. Don't just take a normal sports broadcast show and put it online. What a waste.
