    No job security. Constantly laying off employees Benefits are very expensive for such a large organization Salaries are way below avg for the market Company is in silos. Nothing getsaccomplished in normal timeframe Management is not transparent

    You gain experience with the customers You understand product

    Cons

    You are not valued You are penalized for being sick You are placed on a point scale like Walmart employees You are treated like adolescents not degree toting adults There’s no growth opportunity. Once you’re a CSR you stay one unless you have a connection with upper management They lie yearly about raises. Instead they cut jobs

    Pros

    My immediate supervisor was great. Pay was decent as well as the benefits.

    Cons

    Manufacturing jobs are being brought to the states again, however because the company over extended themselves buying up all the other brands, they are cutting American customer service reps out and relocating to Columbia. Do NOT apply for a office position here in the states! There will be more cuts. Soon you will not be contacting an English speaking American for any issues. Management up north has favorites, very cut throat to obtain their new job titles, numbers are fudged by the directors and higher up to cover up their messes. How management and the director of Customer Service handled everything in regards to the cut backs was beyond horrible. I accepted my papers and left a couple of weeks later.
