    Management focused on employees well being Flexible hours and schedule at the HQ Great softwares available Time and oppotunity to learn a lot

    Cons

    The contract side of the company has more diversity meetings than political organizations do. It is brought way way too much for a workspace. Massive layoffs happen at least once a year (covid or not) Poor financial performance outlook
