Great company. All employees are happy to come to work. You are treated like family, and are expected to complete your work without a lot of over sight. Management cares about your well being you are not a number you are a vital piece to the company. Not many people get fired or let go, and if some people leave they tend to gravitate back to star rentals. A lot of ten tenured professionals work at star meaning a lot of knowledge of the industry and connections.
Cons
Technology is lacking. Sales books are in paper, and inside sales reps do not have email. They need a CRM I help reps in the field, and harness the knowledge of an aging workforce (because of the tenured employees)
