I worked at State Farm full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great benefits and rewards/ compensation

    Cons

Management is REALLY hit or miss. Either they want to see you succeed to CEO levels or they will keep you down in the dirt. No in-between for direct management. Senior management doesn't seem to have this problem.
