    I have been working at State Farm full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Knowledge of Sales, insurance industry as a whole. Also, have a lot of potential to make more money with commission.

    Cons

    No benefits, non steady income stream because of commission. State Farm makes it very apparent they have no affiliation with you.
