      Pros

Great personal and work life balance. Offers good health insurance, dental, 401k match, leave policy and flex work schedule. Relatively low pressure work environment compared to WSS Investment Banks.

      Cons

Limited opportunities for accelerated career growth. Long term employees are resistant to changes unless driven by regulatory requirements. Compensation varied widely from team to team.

      Pros

We are doing the cutting-edge quantitative research analysis for the clients. The boss is very knowledgeable and you can learn everything from him. There is not much hierarchy system in the company. You can propose your suggestion any time without pressure. Also, the working environment is good and people including Manager Directors, Vice presidents and officers are very nice.

      Cons

I am not sure about the perm payment but I heard that it's just a bit lower than the market rate. For intern's payment, it's rather low, given that they provide you intensive and important projects. But as an intern, you can still enjoy most of the benefits and activities like training, workshop, community service, and gathering. The working hour is a bit long, from 9:30 am - 8 plus at night.

      Pros

Most folks get along, good working environment. Depends on your role I think like any other large company, great place to learn the ropes for a couple of years.

      Cons

Large corporate environment. Lack of creativity and nimbleness at times. Lack of internal mobility, salarys significantly lower than most investment banks.
