Thank you for your review! It is great to receive positive feedback on our company’s culture. The management has worked hard to build a great workplace culture that helps our colleagues thrive. I can also attest to your comments on the great career opportunities our company offers. I have been with State Street for more than eight years and have worked my way up from an Associate level to an Assistant Vice President. It is clear that our organization encourages and promotes internal mobility and cares for its employees’ development. With regard to work-life balance, details can vary between roles; however, at a company level, we have been offering flexible ways of working to help our colleagues manage their workload and well-being. Most recently with the COVID pandemic, senior management have recognized even more how efficient remote working has been and are continuing to encourage this trend going forward.
