Cost cutting company Low salary compared to other companies Tenures are not kept happy through opportunities Not all but few managers from particular state are biased beyond limits (i have seen in others case), however i am happy They give promotions ie from junior to senior without considering the tenure and year of experience, they give seniority for 2 y exp people , one way good one way its not,
