    Pros

    Benefits, some co-workers, preventative health care encouraged.

    Cons

    Horrible salary and no raises or COLA. OJA doesn’t seem to treat all districts the same. There is favoritism.

    Advice to Management

    Look at numbers in black and white and put positions where they are needed. Be fair. Stop playing favorites. Support staff.

    Working in a field where what you do really has an impact and can help people.

    Cons

    Working for an underfunded state agency that is much of an obstacle to your work as the prosecution is. Total lack of communication.
