      Pros

      Top PSU Better locations compared to other PSUs Minimal work pressure. Helpful Employees.

      Cons

      Entry level (E-1, E-2) salary lower than other Maharatna PSUs and most Navaratnas. Dismal Working conditions. Red-Tapism. Poor Townships and services.

        Pros

        -Learnt a lot under knowledgeable IR Managers -It was a highly unionised environment which gave me lots of exposure -Excellent recruitment cycle by PSU Standards

        Cons

        -Micromanagement -More focus on safety and good working conditions required -6 Days working hurts in a stressed environment where a single wrong word can lead to an IR Situation
