      They handle big commercial projects A good place to start of for Civil Engineers Small company and gives high responsibility to its employees Good compensation once you are higher up the ladder

      Cons

      Management is very strict about everything Low compensation offered to freshers Very difficult to move up the ladder if you stay within the firm
