No work life balance, asked to work from 9.30 to evening 8.30, and without any weekly off, you have to work on sunday also. Lots of politics inside the company, they will give leads only to the people who are older in the system, New guy have to run here and there to generate leads as well as to do sales. No Support from senior management, your boss will neither let you speak with them. Only internal politics, and worst part the bangalore management don't know how to generate leads or what to do to generate marketing activity. they are just running like a headless chicken. Senior are only there to ask you the no, but no guidance at all to the new team member that from where and how to do the sales. and the great HR of the company (bangalore Location) see everything which is happening infront of them, but dont say a single word which is happening wrong.
